Two weeks ago I posted a review after we felt cheated by Paul at WoW buildings (see here). As I mentioned in an update on that blogpost, Paul then contacted us and offered to reprint (these are 3D prints) and resend. We agreed to that, and I promised to post a new review.
Paul promised to send immediately after the weekend, in the end he sent it on the Friday after (fair enough, things can happen, so no bad feelings about that). Yesterday Thomas got a slip for the post office and today he picked up the box.
I'm not going to comment much, I'm posting a load of pictures underneath, you can check for yourselves. Just this - yes, the quality has improved, but no, these are not finished products. I had contact with Paul on this, and he says he's still improving the product, and should have it settled by now. What beats me though, is how you can willingly and knowingly send out products that you can clearly see do not have the right quality. Or how you send out products that are still in design phase to get customer feedback - without telling your customer...
In the meantime we'd also opened a Paypal case, and Paypal judged in our favour and refunded. We did this as the original order dated back of September, and we'd been promised the products several times without receiving them, so we didn't want to wait with the Paypal case, in order not to run out of time. Note that we'd promised Paul that we would pay him in case Paypal refunded before we got the new houses, and we were happy with them. He agreed to that. Now Paul feels that the matter is closed since we'd had a refund.
This is all a pity, as the design and the renders looked good, and we were really looking forward to adding these to our tables for Dutch games...
Below are a number of pictures Thomas made...

i am mr wow buildings and i accept and indeed acknowledge your review, and that is why i have redesigned the whole set right down to now having interiors and thickened out the details so they print when i reduce the scale, i have stopped the dtringing so clean prints ion everything now, so in many ways you have helped me, i wont thank you because you didnt intend to help and that is fine, anyone reading this can contact me or visit my page to see the new prints as of tomorrow 8/3/18, its took me a few weeks to reply as i wanted to make sure the designs were right.............one thing i won't accept is broad name calling and down right lies and it saddens me when people comment with no real idea what the truth is and that is why i mention one sander van whatever his name is, he came to me for a design he wanted the bank and wanted the files, i did this for him and he paid and i sent the files, he went off then to get it printed, i did offer to print but he turned me down saying he was going to shapeways as they would do it in resin and the detail would be better quality, i had no issue they were his files now, however i did know that shapeways would not be cheap, so when they quoted him £1200 he came back to me, now if he had asked me to print it i would have done so for £100 but he didn't he came back demanding i printed it for him as part of the deal so i said no, he then got his friend to try and bribe me with the offer of placing a £200 order if i printed it, i said why not just pay for the print as i new the offer was bogus, so there we have it that was the extent of our fall out, now i assume he has been spreading the word but its a dam pity he has not been honest about it, i could start selling the building myself out of revenge but i wont, i could report him for apparently (his words not mine) getting the plans for the building by lieing about his reson for wanting them again i wont, there was one dodgy person in that deal and it wasn't me.......as for the designs they now work as intended refunds were made so no one lost out, i move on with proof prints in 20mm and wish you all the best, but in the future dont believe all you hear sometimes its valid and sometimes its childish nasty lies, the valid i put right the other aint worth my time
